As a Marketing Specialist at ZNet, your role will involve planning and implementing marketing strategies for a variety of products and services. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will design result-oriented campaigns, managing both inbound and outbound marketing activities. Your ability to learn and adapt quickly will be crucial in optimizing campaigns under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Execute digital and telemarketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and up-selling/cross-selling. - Refine execution approaches to maximize ROI from each campaign. - Track and report campaign results to ensure the desired outcomes. - Collaborate with partners to execute joint campaigns and support their business growth. - Coordinate with partners and OEMs to optimize product growth initiatives. - Manage follow-ups through email, tele-calling, and digital marketing mediums. - Plan and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering consistent results. - Follow defined processes for lead generation and campaign execution. - Qualify leads based on defined parameters and coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead lifecycle. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, sales, and marketing teams for campaign execution. - Monitor and track leads from campaigns systematically in the lead management portal. - Analyze and report KPIs to ensure proper tracking of the campaigns.
