Senior Marketing Professional

• Develop and advise on

  marketing and business development strategies

  for fire safety and allied products/services
• Use existing

  industry contacts and networks

  to generate leads and open new business opportunities
• Guide the sales and marketing team on

  client acquisition, retention, and relationship management

• Support participation in

  tenders, institutional sales, and government/private projects

• Provide insights on

  market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

• Assist in branding, positioning, and promotional planning (offline and online)
• Act as a

  mentor and advisor

  to junior marketing staff
• Represent the company in

  meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

  when required

• Retired or semi-retired

  Senior Marketing / Business Development professional

• 20+ years of experience in

  marketing, sales, or business development

• Prior experience in

  fire safety, industrial safety, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors

  is preferred but not compulsory
• Strong professional network in

  Delhi NCR

  , including corporates, consultants, contractors, and government bodies
• Strategic thinker with practical, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, reliable, and results-oriented
