Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Maker Lab, you will play a crucial role in driving campaign strategy and execution for a leading video streaming service and their newest product. Your responsibilities will include supporting growth marketing, GTM planning, and programme management for the client in the region. You will project manage and execute growth marketing campaigns, lead the localisation of campaigns across the region, and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Additionally, you will work closely with global, country, and cross-functional teams to translate campaign objectives into impactful creative briefs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support growth marketing, GTM planning, and programme management for the client and its service in the region. - Project manage and execute growth marketing campaigns, including brief development, media plan, experiment design, and reporting results & learnings. - Lead the localisation of campaigns across the region, working with agencies to develop creative assets and localise them across multiple markets. - Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and provide regular status updates to cross-functional marketing teams. - Collaborate with external agencies for creative development, production, and deployment. - Lead the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and creative effectiveness. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6+ years of marketing experience, including multi-stakeholder management across markets. - Industry experience in consumer-facing industries, consultancies, or internet-based products/services. - Experience in growth marketing, project management, and campaign management. - Strategic mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach and a bias for action. - Strong verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.,
