Role Overview: As a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist at Kinexcs, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of comprehensive marketing strategies, leading cross-channel campaigns, and leveraging data insights to achieve measurable success. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: - Lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels. - Identify market trends and consumer insights to drive targeted marketing efforts and refine strategies. - Campaign Management & Execution: - Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet KPIs. - Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI and drive brand engagement. - Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create cohesive and compelling campaign assets. - Digital Marketing & Analytics: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. - Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to engage prospects and nurture leads. - Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve results. - Content Development & Brand Messaging: - Create and oversee the production of engaging content for web, social media, blogs, email newsletters, and advertisements. - Ensure all marketing content is aligned with the brand voice and delivers consistent, high-impact messaging across channels. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Use insights to adjust strategies, improve customer targeting, and stay ahead of market trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and initiatives. - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing projects are executed seamlessly. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. - Experience: - 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. - Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies in the medical device/digital health/pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred. - Skills & Expertise: - Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including newsletter, social media advertising, and email marketing. - Proficient in using sales engagement and productivity tools, marketing automation platforms, and advertising platforms. - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once. - Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.,
