Product And Graphic Designer

About the Job

This role can be based in Singapore (or remote, depending on candidate fit). As a Product & Graphic Designer at Kinexcs, you will be responsible for creating world-class user experiences for our digital health solutions while also shaping the brand through impactful graphic and visual design. This role bridges product UI/UX design and marketing/brand design, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

What You Will Do

Product Design (UI/UX)

• Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Kinexcs healthcare products.
  
• Translate product requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure design decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, clinical) to bring designs to life.
  
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability.
  

Graphic & Visual Design

• Design marketing assets including campaign creatives, presentations, brochures, and social media visuals.
  
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
  
• Support storytelling through compelling graphics that enhance customer engagement.
  

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align design work with business objectives.
  
• Mentor and guide junior or outsourced designers where needed, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  
• Continuously evaluate design impact using feedback and performance metrics.
  

What You Need

Required

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  

• 5+ years of experience

  in product (UI/UX) and graphic design, preferably within SaaS, Tech/Digital health or healthcare.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both product design (web/app) and graphic design projects.
  
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and prototyping tools.
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, typography, color theory, and layout.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  

Preferred

• Experience designing for healthcare, medtech, or SaaS platforms.
  
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D, or video editing.
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
