Job Purpose Responsible for managing end-to-end database operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems. The position plays a key role in driving data reliability, availability, and compliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities Collate audit reports from the QA team and structure data in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform data transformation and validation for accuracy and consistency. Upload processed datasets into SQL Server using SSIS packages. Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Perform regular backups, restorations, and recovery checks to ensure data continuity. Manage user access and implement robust database security policies. Oversee database storage allocation and utilization. Conduct routine maintenance and support incident management, including root cause analysis and resolution. Design and implement scalable database solutions and architecture. Create and maintain stored procedures, views, and other database components. Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability. Execute ETL processes and support seamless integration of multiple data sources. Maintain data integrity and quality through validation and cleansing routines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data solutions and project deliverables. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with SQL Server or similar relational database platforms. Strong expertise in SSIS, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, including scripting, performance tuning, and query optimization. Experience in database security, user role management, and access control. Familiarity with backup/recovery strategies and database maintenance best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets. Solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and schema design. Knowledge of incident and change management processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation is a strong plus.
