Ecommerce & Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations including warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
  
• Oversee e-commerce platform integrations (e.g., Carousell,Lazada,Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, Qoo10, etc.) to ensure accurate stock synchronization, order flow, and timely delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, shipping providers, and regional logistics vendors.
  
• Track, analyze, and report on logistics KPIs (delivery SLAs, order accuracy, cost per shipment, return rates, etc.) to drive continuous improvements.
  
• Implement cost-efficient logistics strategies while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, customer service) to support smooth campaign launches and peak season readiness.
  
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and local delivery requirements across Southeast Asia.
  
• Drive process automation and adoption of technology tools for logistics and supply chain optimization.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of logistics and supply chain management experience, preferably in the Southeast Asia e-commerce ecosystem.
  
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations for major online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
  
• Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics, import/export regulations, and last-mile delivery solutions in SEA.
  
• Hands-on experience with 3PL vendor management and e-commerce fulfillment models (B2C & B2B).
  
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with regional exposure.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP / WMS / OMS platforms (SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Unicommerce, TradeGecko, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of digital health / consumer products logistics (customize if relevant).
  
• Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language.
