Job Description

Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)

To manage and maintain procurement data with accuracy, ensuring the timely and precise documentation of purchase-related information. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including transporters, plant teams, and accounts, to ensure smooth execution of raw material purchase transactions.

Key Result Area

Data Recording: Record keeping of raw material purchase in SAP
Prepare Reports: Pipelines, Analysis comparison, Payment’s status,
Prepare ISO & FAMI-QS data- To fulfil audit compliance.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Transporter, Plant team, Accounts team etc.
Complaint Register: Claim records and ensuring timely settlement.
Auction Purchases: Participate in auction and complete purchase transaction.
Knowledge of raw material or process chemical procurement.
