Role & responsibilities INDUSTRY- MUST HAVE EXP IN BOILER/ STEAM 1. Strategic Planning & Order Review - Responsible for reviewing incoming orders and driving the creation of robust monthly and quarterly production and delivery plans. - Evaluate and analyze standard, non-standard, and captive orders from multiple business units like Cooling and Chemicals. - Release monthly and quarterly central planning schedules aligned with demand forecasts and customer commitments. - Monitor order pipeline and ensure order finalization is in sync with engineering and production timelines. 2. Coordination Across Functions & Stakeholders - Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and shop planning teams to align production and delivery timelines. - Act as a liaison between departments (Engineering, QA, Production, Dispatch, etc.) and third-party agencies to ensure inspection readiness and certification processes. - Coordinate cross-functionally for timely call-outs for inspections, customer visits, and related documentation. 3. Product & Production Planning - Functions as the Product Planner, overseeing both standard and non-standard product order lifecycles. - Ensure product planning aligns with project timelines and inventory targets. - Develop detailed production schedules in coordination with shop planners. - Manage captive and non-standard orders including customization and engineering inputs. - Align planning to meet One-Time Performance (OTP) metrics for all orders. 4. Inventory Management - Effective inventory oversight is vital for timely delivery and cost control. - Monitor and manage inventory levels in line with forecasted production needs. - Optimize inventory holding to balance availability with cost efficiency. - Support procurement planning based on current inventory and projected requirements. 5. On-Time Delivery (OTD) & OTP Management - Track and manage One-Time Performance (OTP) of orders by aligning schedules. - Drive initiatives to improve OTP and on-time delivery (OTD) through planning accuracy and proactive issue resolution. - Address internal or external planning requirements swiftly to avoid delivery delays. 6. Quality & Documentation Management - Facilitating inspection readiness and ensuring all technical documentation is complete and accurate. - Arrange inspections and coordinate third-party call-outs for quality checks. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of test certificates, customer datasheets, and other related documents. - Maintain compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements. 7. Invoicing & Reporting - Ensure all planning deliverables feed into timely monthly and quarterly invoicing. - Track project closure and delivery documentation to avoid invoicing delays. - Collaborate with finance and project management for invoice alignment and reporting accuracy.

Drive process automation and adoption of technology tools for logistics and supply chain optimization. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of logistics and supply chain management experience, preferably in the Southeast Asia e-commerce ecosystem. Proven track record of managing logistics operations for major online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.). Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics, import/export regulations, and last-mile delivery solutions in SEA. Hands-on experience with 3PL vendor management and e-commerce fulfillment models (B2C & B2B). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with regional exposure. Nice to Have Experience with ERP / WMS / OMS platforms (SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Unicommerce, TradeGecko, etc.). Knowledge of digital health / consumer products logistics (customize if relevant). Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language.
