Order Shifting Executive

Responsibilities-

• Customer Order Management

  : Initiate outbound calls to customers to place orders, gather order specifications, and ensure accuracy of order details.

• Real-Time Truck Tracking:

  Utilize tracking systems to monitor the real-time location of trucks and assess their reachability at designated destinations. Coordinate with drivers and transporters to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

• Coordination and Communication:

  Act as a central point of contact between transporters, dealers, and drivers to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the transportation process.

• Provide updates to stakeholders

  regarding order status, delays, and any issues that may arise.

• Order Shifting in SAP:

  Execute order shifting activities within SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of order changes and updates.

• Excel Compatibility:

  Maintain compatibility with Excel-based processes and tools, ensuring that data and reports generated are compatible with Excel formats. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, order management, or transportation operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as data analysis, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, route planning, and logistics best practices is a plus.
