Key Responsibility Areas: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 45 sales executives. • Set clear performance targets and ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Conduct daily client visits with the team and independently when required. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives. • Drive lead generation and manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closures. • To source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company products, in accordance with new business targets. • Remain informed and up to date with regards to Industry related news, competitor activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop their own skills and knowledge to perform optimally. • Contribute to Annual Sales & Marketing plan, contribute to key target customer / group in assigned area / location. • Handling the whole Cluster with team members(Asst.ASM, BDM ) depending on the potential of the area. • Ensure the assigned target for your assigned Cluster is met. • Need to maintain a healthy pipeline to meet the given Targets Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
