Key Responsibility Areas: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 45 sales executives. Set clear performance targets and ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Conduct daily client visits with the team and independently when required. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives. Drive lead generation and manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closures. To source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company products, in accordance with new business targets. Remain informed and up to date with regards to Industry related news, competitor activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop their own skills and knowledge to perform optimally. Contribute to Annual Sales & Marketing plan, contribute to key target customer / group in assigned area / location. Handling the whole Cluster with team members (Asst.ASM, BDM ) depending on the potential of the area. Ensure the assigned target for your assigned Cluster is met. Need to maintain a healthy pipeline to meet the given Targets. Fitment Qualifiers: Minimum 34 years of experience in team handling. Prior experience managing at least 45 sales executives. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Excel Good knowledge of local clusters and market trends. Deep understanding of cluster management and B2B sales processes. Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record in team management and performance tracking. Ability to generate leads, convert them into clients, and ensure smooth revenue generation. Development initiatives to leverage business performance. Must have good experience in Product Demonstration (SaaSindustry) will be an additional advantage.
