Gather market feedback and report competitor activities. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to promote and sell products, preferably in construction materials or related sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities. Willingness to travel frequently and visit dealer locations. Basic knowledge of TMT bars and their applications is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cluster Manager to lead operations and drive sales in the assigned cluster region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in handling dealers and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow dealer and distributor networks across the assigned cities. Drive monthly sales targets and ensure achievement of KPIs. Conduct market visits and build strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and post-sale support. Maintain basic sales and performance data using MS Excel. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Key Skills Required: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of dealer and distributor operations Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions Preferred Locations: Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to any of the following: Udaipur, Bhilwara, Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu
