Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements and negotiate pricing to secure business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
Deliver high-quality corporate customer service by promptly resolving client issues and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Generate new leads through outbound calls, email marketing campaigns, and engagement across multiple social media platforms to support business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in market research.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development activities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Prior experience in the IT or electronic solutions industry is an added advantage.
