Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, job boards, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry databases.
Approach HR, Talent Acquisition, Delivery Heads, and business stakeholders to introduce PBS services (IT, Engineering, Technical Staffing, RPO, L&D, etc.).
Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the Management team.
Maintain structured follow-ups with leads using CRM tools and trackers.
Understand client requirements and articulate the company's service offerings effectively.
Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional outreach and nurture activities.
Support team with market insights, competitor mapping, and lead conversion activities.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach, response, and meetings scheduled.

Required Skills & Competencies

13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Tele-sales / Business Development (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills (English mandatory).
Comfortable in reaching out to CXOs, HR, TA leaders, Procurement, and Department Heads.
Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to understand HR/staffing services (training can be provided).
Persistent, target-driven, and confident in cold calling & emailing.
Good reporting, CRM usage, and lead-tracking skills.
