Role & responsibilities Interest and experience in B2B Sales and Marketing within the Learning and Development or IT Training domain. Proven expertise in lead generation and converting leads into sales revenue. Solid B2B sales experience (Institutional Sales not applicable), with a strong track record of managing corporate client relationships. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence clients. Hardworking and self-driven individuals with unwavering dedication and extreme determination to succeed. Rockstar sales performers with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and delivering measurable results. Exceptional listeners and trustworthy professionals who build deep client bonds, demonstrating patience and powerful empathy. Individuals who adopt a disciplined and structured approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.
