COMPANY OVERVIEW:- Accurate Powertech India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in the power solutions industry. We are Dealers of Kirloskar Generators and provide Solar Power System projects for the commercial and industrial sectors. Additionally, we offer Genset on Rent services throughout Pan India at competitive rates. Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: o Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PV Solar products and solutions. o Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. o Define target market segments and create strategies to penetrate and capture market share. 2. Brand Management: o Develop and maintain the brand identity and positioning for PV Solar products. o Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels and platforms. 3. Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales. o Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. 4. Content Development: o Oversee the creation of compelling content (such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that educates and engages potential customers. o Ensure content is aligned with marketing goals and effectively distributed through appropriate channels. 5. Digital Marketing: o Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. o Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize based on insights, and report on ROI. 6. Partnerships and Collaborations: o Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders including industry associations, influencers, and media outlets. o Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives. 7. Budget Management: o Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. o Monitor expenses and report on budget performance regularly. 8. Team Leadership: o Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. o Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Roles and Responsibilities Develop business development strategies to drive growth in the solar industry. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities. Generate leads through effective communication skills and product knowledge. Perform market intelligence gathering to stay up-to-date on industry trends. Utilize sales and marketing expertise to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the solar energy industry, with a focus on PV Solar products. • Strong understanding of PV Solar technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
