Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing channel partners, and promoting the company’s cement or construction chemical products across Raipur and nearby regions. This role involves strategizing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for cement/construction chemicals.
  • Manage dealer/distributor network and identify new channel partners.
  • Drive product penetration in retail, projects, contractors, and institutional segments.

2. Marketing & Business Development

  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis & pricing strategy.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, product demos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate demand through site visits, contractor meets, influencer engagement, and technical presentations.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, project consultants, and infrastructure companies.
  • Handle key account management and ensure timely order execution.

4. Technical Support & Product Training

  • Provide on-site technical guidance on product application (admix, waterproofing, grouts, sealants, etc.).
  • Organize training programs for applicators, dealers, and influencers.

5. Operational & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM/tools.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing norms, and credit control.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of cement, admixtures, waterproofing, or construction chemical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop new markets and manage channel partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & proficient in MS Office/CRM tools.
