Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for
SCADA, EMS, SaaS, and IoT solutions
in the renewable energy and industrial sectors.
Manage the
entire sales cycle
from lead generation to contract closure.
Develop relationships with
EPCs, IPPs, asset managers, and utility companies
.
Prepare and deliver impactful
technical and commercial presentations
to clients and partners.
Lead techno-commercial discussions and prepare
proposals, quotations, and tender responses
.

Marketing & Branding

Build and execute digital marketing strategies to
enhance Cogneta’s brand visibility
.
Manage and grow Cogneta’s presence on
LinkedIn and other social media platforms
.
Create marketing collaterals — brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and campaign content.
Represent Cogneta at
industry exhibitions, trade shows, and global events
.

Leadership & Strategy

Define and implement
sales and marketing strategies
aligned with company goals.
Provide
market insights, competitor analysis
, and input to guide product development.
Drive
revenue growth
and
profitability
through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Mentor and manage sales & marketing team members.
