Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, implementation of HR policies, compliance monitoring, employee relations, and overall HR operations at the plant. This role is essential in ensuring that the workforce and management adhere to company policies and labor regulations while supporting organizational development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Handle end-to-end recruitment process for plant and office roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closure of vacancies. 2. Policy Implementation & Compliance Assist in deploying HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct across the plant. Monitor adherence to HR and labor law requirements (attendance, leaves, working hours, etc.). Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with company and statutory norms. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Support employee grievance handling and promote a healthy workplace environment. Organize employee engagement and welfare activities. Maintain positive relations between workers, supervisors, and management. 4. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records, files, and HRIS systems. Support payroll input collection, attendance monitoring, and leave management. Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management. 5. Policy Development & Continuous Improvement Contribute ideas and feedback for new HR policy and process development. Support the HR Manager in drafting, reviewing, and implementing new HR strategies and SOPs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup). Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
