, this position will report to the

Director
.The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple Business Units for both Internal and External roles. This strategic position partners closely with business leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience. This role demands a strong command of recruitment operations and stakeholder management to attract top talent across technical and non-technical domains.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless and positive candidate experience while adhering to all established process standards
- Partner with leadership and HRBPs to forecast talent needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, establish ideal candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Deliver a consistent, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and engagement at every stage of the hiring process.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Communication team and communications to position the company as an employer of choice
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive talent using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, sourcing challenges to Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads on a periodic basis.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring trends
- Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns, job fairs, and weekend Recruitment Campaigns
- Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment strategy and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-find, time-to-accept, candidate experience scores) to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Follow established recruitment process standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity.
- Prior experience in Niche Skill Hiring / Bulk Recruitment / Engineering Hiring is preferred.
Qualifications
REQUIRED KN
OWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Manager role.
- Proven track record of building and executing strategic hiring plans in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Deep understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and employer branding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with high-volume, technical, and executive hiring is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Able to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexible to work extended hours as needed.
- Agency and corporate experience preferred.
