Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Metrics Reporting and Analytics team at Mercer. This role will be based out of Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon / Noida,.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Senior Manager - Metrics, Analytics and ReportingThis role will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and enhancing reporting processes, providing actionable insights, and ensuring highest standards of data quality and governance.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide solutions to reporting requirements and translate data into insights
  • Support the development of management intelligence dashboards in agile environment
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions
  • Design, develop, automate reports and dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Capture all process related updates and exceptions. Share report on timely basis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Utilize statistical techniques and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
  • Implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent skills in creating attractive dashboards using Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Documentation of processes and test results.Standardsand procedures.
  • SPOC for any process related updates and queries
  • Capacity Planning: drive, develop and maintain Capacity Planning models along with sharing regular insights with leaders

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, mathematics, engineering or economics from accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence and performance management
  • Knowledge of Insurance, Pension and Career domain is an asset
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, attention to details. Strong foundationof research including clarity on business with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Good interpretation and decision-making skills
  • Strong command on MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must)
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Qlik Sense/ Power BI and Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skills
  • Experience with BackOffice Planning and exposure to Contact Centre operations
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management practices
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an aptitude for fostering positive relationships
