Position Overview:

Senior Manager / Head – Accounts & Finance

Core Areas of Expertise (Must-Have):

• Direct & Indirect Taxation:

  GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS – compliance, returns, and assessments

• Books Finalization:

  Accurate monthly and annual closure of accounts

• Financial Statements:

  Preparation of Balance Sheet & P&L with analysis and reporting

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Financial planning and variance analysis

• Audits:

  Statutory, internal, cost audit coordination, and compliance

• Banking & Treasury Management:

  Fund flow, credit limits, and banking liaison

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and related filings

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory, asset accounting)
• Finalize financials as per IND-AS and internal timelines
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST filings, input credit, returns, and audits
• Oversee TDS/TCS deductions and income tax compliance
• Liaise with consultants and authorities for assessments

Audits & Internal Controls

• Coordinate statutory, internal, cost, and tax audits
• Maintain audit trails, documentation, and internal control systems
• Implement accounting policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and cash flow statements
• Provide MIS reports, cost analysis, and financial dashboards
• Support management in business planning and board reporting

Treasury & Banking

• Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund planning
• Liaise with banks for CC limits, LCs, BGs, and loans
• Ensure compliance with banking documentation and covenants

ERP & Automation

• Lead ERP optimization (SAP preferred)
• Drive automation and digitization in finance functions
• Implement continuous process improvements

Candidate Profile:

📚 Education:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) –

  Mandatory

• CMA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) – Preferred

💼 Experience:

• 10–15 years in Accounts & Finance, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Background in

  FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Manufacturing

  preferred (others will also be considered)

🧠 Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  tax laws, IND-AS

  , and financial compliance
• Proficient in

  MS Excel, MIS reporting

• Excellent
