Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator based in Indore, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and streamlining sales operations, managing client communications, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies. The role involves tracking sales performance, assisting in inventory planning, and addressing client inquiries or concerns to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in report preparation
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration to engage with clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Knowledge of sales operations, inventory planning, and sales tracking tools
• Basic knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics and practices is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for preparing and analyzing data
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
