Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Scientist - Hair Professional Color located in Indore. The Research Scientist will be responsible for developing and formulating hair professional color products, conducting laboratory experiments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and analyzing data to improve product performance. The role also involves working on product stability, attending technical workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hair Care and Hair Color formulation
• Strong background in conducting laboratory experiments and data analysis
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the cosmetics industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
