We are hiring Sales Executives (Field Sales) for our Construction & Trading Company based in Noida / Greater Noida.
The role involves field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, and material shops to generate orders and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders & hardware shops daily
Promote and sell cement & construction materials
Generate new enquiries and convert them into orders
Maintain daily visit and enquiry report (WhatsApp / Sheet)
Follow up on payments and customer requirements
Coordinate with office for billing & dispatch
Requirements
Experience in cement / construction material sales preferred
Freshers with field sales interest may also apply
Must be comfortable with outdoor field work
Basic knowledge of local construction market
Two-wheeler preferred
Good communication skills
Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Incentives: Per bag / per order (performance-based) Growth opportunity based on performance Timely salary payment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹39,204.46 per month
