This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the plant including production, quality, sales, procurement, finance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the paints or chemical manufacturing sector, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence, business growth, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire factory operation, ensuring efficiency across production, quality, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, and manpower planning. Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals to drive growth and profitability. Oversee daily operations in line with compliance, safety, and sustainability standards. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain key relationships with clients, distributors, and regulatory stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed performance reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, environmental, labor, and industry-specific regulations. Monitor and control the factory’s overall P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
