Role & responsibilities Job Description, Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for full stack applications deployed on Azure and AWS cloud platforms. • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and Python. • Work with Kotlin, Haskell, and Scala to support and enhance existing applications or develop new features. • Integrate and support Salesforce solutions, including API integrations and customizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and product managers to resolve issues and improve system performance. • Monitor application health, implement automated monitoring and alerting solutions using cloud-native tools. • Assist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines leveraging AWS and Azure DevOps services. • Document support procedures, best practices, and technical guides for internal teams and clients. • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues. • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to infrastructure and application architecture. • Proven experience (3+ years) supporting and developing full stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, and Python. • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2, Lambda, S3, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services. • Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Haskell, and Scala programming languages. • Experience working with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Azure ARM templates . • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills in distributed systems. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Preferred Qualification • Experience with serverless architectures and microservices design. • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is a bonus. • Prior experience in a support engineering or site reliability engineering (SRE) role. • Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are advantageous.
