Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment , preferably from a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm . This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in talent acquisition and grow in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. Understand client hiring needs and job requirements. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and job applications based on requirements. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to ensure timely closures. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred). Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and quick learner. Experience: 02 years (Freshers with strong interest in recruitment may also apply). Preferred Background: Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing agency .
