Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent across various IT domains. Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create compelling job descriptions. Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability (technical skills, cultural fit, etc.). Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep up to date with trends in the IT job market and hiring practices. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. 3 months to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy). Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools. Good understanding of IT roles and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
