Role & responsibilities: Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans, covering core, technical, and high-risk areas. Lead and coach teams to ensure quality audits, compliance, and effective reporting. Manage outsourced audits, engage with senior management, and drive continuous improvement in internal audit practices. Role & responsibilities Over all responsibilities for handling Motor TP claims including following : Regular interaction with Advocate/Investigator for effective handling of litigation. Drafting/Vetting of legal documents including written statement and arguments. Regular visit to courts for depositions. Good negotiation skills Complete adherence to internal SOP Timely compliances of court and directions of regulatory authorities. Sound knowledge of IT system. Preferred candidate profile
