Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Kochi. The IT Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the hiring process for various technical roles. Key responsibilities include identifying qualified talent using various recruitment tools, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and building strong relationships with candidates. The recruiter will also collaborate with different teams to fulfill staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skillset in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in Recruiting strategies and tools to source and attract talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in staffing for technical and digital design roles is an added advantage
