Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Executive (Resourcing). The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, implementation of HR policies, and overall resource planning. The role involves recruiting top talent, ensuring compliance with HR policies, maintaining positive employee engagement, and contributing to a cohesive and productive work culture while supporting the studio’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation within organizational frameworks
• General understanding of Human Resources principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in creative or design-focused industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
