HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Source Candidates:

  Proactively source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and post positions on appropriate channels.

• Screen and Interview Candidates:

  Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit within the company culture.

• Candidate Experience:

  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining open and transparent communication.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

  Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide insights on market trends, and advise on hiring best practices.

• Build Talent Pipelines:

  Establish and maintain relationships with passive candidates to build a pipeline for future roles.

• Manage Recruitment Tools:

  Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate flow and ensure data integrity.

• Employer Branding:

  Promote the companys brand and values through networking and engaging with candidates in ways that reflect the companys mission and culture.

• Offer Management and Onboarding:

  Support the offer process by negotiating and extending offers, and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
