Job Description

Location: Mumbai (Any of the 15 branches across Western, Central, or Harbour Line) Age Limit: Max 4041 years Experience: Team handling experience mandatory (managing 810 RMs) Reports to: Regional Head Job Summary: Lead a team of Relationship Managers focused on acquiring, servicing, and growing HNI/UHNI client relationships. Drive sales of Mutual Fund (MF), AIF, and PMS products, ensure target achievement, provide investment advisory, and maintain high service standards. Oversee client acquisition strategy, team performance, and compliance adherence. Note: Candidates from AMC, Broking, Securities, or Wealth backgrounds preferred. Insurance background not accepted. NISM V certified or willing to complete during notice period.
