Position Summary:

Senior HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for hospital and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to plan and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews, telephonic screenings, and background verifications.
  • Lead onboarding and employee induction programs.

2. HR Management & Policy Development

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive performance management systems and appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals and compliance.

3. Payroll & Compliance Management

  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Manage compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Bonus, and other labor regulations.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and legal documentation.

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and manage conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and employee feedback sessions.
  • Foster a culture of communication, transparency, and engagement.

5. Strategic Planning & HR Reporting

  • Support senior management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
  • Plan and implement training & development programs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in hospital or healthcare industry).
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, HRMS).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and hospital HR protocols.
