Job Overview

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage financial statements and reports in compliance with statutory regulations.
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other applicable statutory filings.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
Monitor financial transactions, budgets, and cost control.
Support in payroll processing and vendor payments.
Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Ensure timely compliance with all accounting and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments for cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualified
CA (Chartered Accountant)
– Freshers & Experienced both eligible
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audit practices
Proficiency in accounting software such as
Tally, Zoho Books
, or
ERP systems
MS Excel proficiency for data analysis and MIS reports
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of healthcare/hospital accounting (preferred but not mandatory)
