Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in Mumbai. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various HR-related tasks including the development and implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing recruitment and onboarding processes. The role will also involve developing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
