Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist based in New Delhi. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel administration. This role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge and management of Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in a similar role with proven results
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
