Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager at Sterling Naturals. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the Madhya Pradesh region. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. Responsible for hiring and managing sales officers.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development skills
  • Experience in sales forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Sales team management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
  • Experience in the personal care and cosmetics industry is a plus
