Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting efforts. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building a strong pipeline, and setting meetings for the Account Executive team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify qualified leads. Research and segment target accounts across Healthcare, BFSI, BPO, and Technology sectors. Engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, Compliance & Procurement Heads) to understand business challenges and position RemoteDesk solutions effectively. Maintain persistence and consistency in outreach while handling rejection professionally. Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-ups.
