Senior Human Resources Specialist

Location: Remote (Pune preferred)

Office Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Mon–Fri (occasional half-Saturdays based on work)

Work Mode: Remote (office visit twice in 6 months)

Joiner Requirement: Immediate (within 1 week)

Interviews: 2 Virtual Rounds (Google Meet)

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior HR Specialist with 10–12 years of experience, including 8+ years in IT & Non-IT recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement—ideally from an IT company background. You’ll manage core HR functions while helping build a strong people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment

Onboarding & Offboarding

HR Operations, Compliance & Policy implementation

Payroll & Benefits administration

Drive Employee Engagement & Performance Management

Lead Learning & Development initiatives

Maintain HR reports and analytics

Requirements

10–12 years of HR experience, preferably in IT

Strong in recruitment, compliance, and culture building

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Based in Pune preferred; open to PAN India
