RemoteDesk provides enterprise-grade solutions for secure remote workforce management, ensuring compliance, identity verification, and productivity monitoring for critical business operations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting efforts. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building a strong pipeline, and setting meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify qualified leads.
  • Research and segment target accounts across Healthcare, BFSI, BPO, and Technology sectors.
  • Engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, Compliance & Procurement Heads) to understand business challenges and position RemoteDesk solutions effectively.
  • Maintain persistence and consistency in outreach while handling rejection professionally.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-ups.

Critical Experience Required:

  • Mandatory B2B Sales Experience: 13 years in B2B sales development, business development, or lead generation roles.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and setting qualified meetings.
  • Exposure to technology/SaaS/enterprise security solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare, BFSI, or BPO sectors is an advantage.

  • Ability to identify, research, and segment target accounts.
  • Understand buyer personas and tailor outreach accordingly.

Communication & Pitching Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication for calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Clearly articulate RemoteDesk's value proposition (security, compliance, productivity).
  • Active listening and discovery skills to qualify leads effectively.

Resilience & Process Discipline

  • Persistence in follow-ups and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
  • Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation.
  • Consistent, structured approach to outreach and pipeline development.

Optional / Preferred:

Experience with remote workforce monitoring, identity verification, or productivity compliance solutions.
