Team Alignment : Lead and energise a lean, execution-driven sales team. Set clear KPIs. Track and push outcomes. Channel Building : Develop and manage channel partners, leasing agents, and regional business enablers. Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of pricing, demand shifts, and competition. Feed insights back to product and operations teams. Process & Discipline : Build rhythm, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews. What You Bring 1218 years in B2B or industrial sales preferably in logistics, containers, cold chain, or asset leasing. Proven track record of contributing to ?100 Cr+ revenue growth . Experience in closing high-ticket B2B deals (?525 Cr+); knows how to move complex deals from conversation to cash. Operated in fast-paced, high-pressure environments startups, scale-ups, or high-growth verticals. Strong network of mid-to-senior decision-makers (AVPs, procurement heads, regional logistics leads). Hands-on leadership style. Can build and drive a team without relying on large org structures. Obsessed with outcomes . Disciplined, hungry, and constantly pushing forward.
