Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and converting manufacturing companies into Zubcon customers. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about transforming how manufacturers manage their inventory operations. Key Responsibilities i. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential manufacturing clients across various industries (automotive, tractors, EV, etc.) Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold outreach, networking, and referrals Leverage digital tools and platforms to generate leads and track prospect engagement ii. Sales & Relationship Management Conduct product demonstrations showcasing Zubcon's distributed inventory management capabilities Understand manufacturing pain points related to inventory visibility, production planning, and supply chain management Present tailored solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins iii. Market Intelligence & Strategy Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape Gather market feedback to inform product development and positioning strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials iv.
