About the Role:

Senior Manager – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership:

  Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions and oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration.

• Performance Management:

  Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

• Employee Engagement:

  Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.

• Learning & Development:

  Identify training needs and develop programs for employee growth and leadership development.

• Compliance & Policy Management:

  Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies; update HR policies as required.

• Compensation & Benefits:

  Oversee payroll, rewards, and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

• HR Technology & Analytics:

  Leverage HR tools and data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.

• Employee Relations:

  Manage grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven HR practices.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in fast-paced or multi-business environments preferred.
