What You’ll Do As the Senior HR Manager , you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to our leadership team in India. Your mission: to align people initiatives with business goals and cultivate an engaging, high-performing culture. You’ll: Drive strategic HR programs across performance management, career development, and talent engagement. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. Design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, morale, and productivity. Champion diversity, inclusion, and a culture of belonging. Collaborate with global HR and COE teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in delivery. Lead change management and organizational transformation efforts. Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvement. Oversee payroll and ensure integrity across attendance and leave records. What You Bring A full-time postgraduate qualification in Human Resources. 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, global, matrix organizations. A strong business acumen and data-driven mindset. Proven experience supporting both business units and functions with strategic HR guidance. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
