Outreach Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Visits:

• Conduct regular visits to schools and colleges across West Bengal and nearby states to promote university programs.
• Build lasting relationships with school principals, career counselors, and academic heads.

• On-Ground Campaign Execution:

• Organize and execute outreach activities such as seminars, career talks, workshops, and student interactions.
• Distribute university brochures, collect student data, and support in generating quality leads.

• Event Participation:

• Represent the university at education fairs, expos, and student connect programs.
• Coordinate logistics and setup for events or meets hosted by the university.

• Data Collection & Reporting:

• Maintain an organized record of visits, contacts made, and feedback collected.
• Submit weekly reports to the Outreach Manager highlighting activities, achievements, and planned visits.

• Brand Representation:

• Serve as a face of Techno India University during field visits.
• Communicate university USPs, career outcomes, and unique offerings confidently to students and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Education, or Management preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, academic promotions, or a similar field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in

  English, Bengali, and Hindi

  .
• Willing to travel extensively across districts and conduct on-site promotions.
• Energetic, persuasive, and comfortable in student-facing roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Public speaking or presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of higher education landscape in India.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
