As an Outreach Associate (YTS) with us, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating Young Tinker Space (YTS) programs. Your responsibilities will include actively engaging with students, managing hands-on STEM workshops, and ensuring that the learning environment is not only interactive but also impactful. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong communication and mentoring skills. - Experience in conducting STEM workshops is a plus. - Confident in managing student groups effectively. - Willingness to travel for events and training opportunities.
