Company Description

The Young Tinker Foundation's mission is to spark ideas, develop skills, and instill leadership in children and youths through hands-on S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education. We are dedicated to providing skill development and fostering a startup ecosystem globally, helping young minds innovate and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with schools, educators, and authorities to promote programs.
Develop partnerships with NGOs, CSR bodies, and institutions.
Plan and execute workshops and demo sessions to engage stakeholders.
Maintain a lead pipeline with timely follow-ups and conversion efforts.
Visit sites for presentations, support, and impact tracking.
Assist in fundraising through proposals and donor materials.
Track outreach metrics and share insights to refine growth strategies.

Qualifications

MBA graduate
Strong communication (English, Hindi and Local Language)
Willingness to travel
Proficient in MS-Office
